I offer solutions for your breastfeeding problems and tools so you can have successful breastfeeding without myths from the beginning.

I am Betty. I am a woman, I am a migrant, I am a feminist, I am a mother. As a lactation consultant, I want to help you experience fulfilling motherhood and breastfeeding journeys.

I am an LGBTQIA+ ally. With me you will find a safe space and I will help you find solutions to your breast/chest feeding problems.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Respectful breastfeeding, mental health and "the flow"
As a feminist, I firmly believe in the right and ability of each person to decide about their body. Lactancia Berlin is empowerment through informed decisions, a safe space to live a motherhood that is respectful of both our babies and ourselves.
​
Motherhood is not easy and it is common to have an identity crisis during this stage. Furthermore, breastfeeding can be very demanding in the first months. With my workshops and advice, in addition to providing information based on scientific evidence, I place a lot of emphasis on mental health and I share with you what mental health means to me as well as "the .flow" in motherhood.
